Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Plus. You won’t be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We’ll remind you before your trial converts.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription (which opens the Stripe Customer Portal). When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep what you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends, we generally do not provide refunds for the current billing period or for partial periods. If you were charged in error, or believe there are exceptional circumstances, email us at applylah@gmail.com within 14 days and we’ll review it in good faith.

Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we’ll give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your renewal.
