Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ApplyLah. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal working age in Singapore) and able to enter a binding contract to use ApplyLah.

What ApplyLah does

ApplyLah helps you discover Singapore jobs and generates AI-tailored résumés and cover letters. Job listings come from third-party sources (e.g. MyCareersFuture and employer career sites); we are not the employer and do not guarantee any listing, interview or job outcome.

Subscriptions & billing

ApplyLah is a paid service with a 7-day free trial of Plus. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and recurs (monthly or yearly, as chosen) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal); access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Your use

Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and don’t misuse the service (no scraping, reverse-engineering, or unlawful use). You’re responsible for what you submit to employers.

AI-generated content

Résumés, cover letters and matches are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you send it to an employer. ApplyLah makes no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete or suitable.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyLah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of any job application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Governing law
