Gain practical experience in real estate valuation and tax administration while applying your academic knowledge to real-world property assessment scenarios. This role provides comprehensive exposure to property tax operations. • Assist in property tax assessment work including preparation of assessment data • Conduct site inspections and analysis of rental data • Propose annual values based on market analysis and valuation principles • Work on adhoc projects and present findings to branch management team • Apply valuation knowledge to practical tax administration scenarios • Students pursuing Real Estate programmes (Undergraduates/ Master) • Basic valuation knowledge and understanding of property markets • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and presentation skills • Interest in tax administration and property valuation Internship Duration: 4 months (August - December 2026) --- HOW TO APPLY: Simply visit our application form: https://go.gov.sg/internshipiras In your application: 1.
