Grant Executive (Up to $5,000)

Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate the overall administration of grant programmes from initiation through completion. Review funding submissions to ensure they meet programme guidelines, eligibility requirements, and supporting documentation standards. Maintain complete and accurate records of grant-related documents, correspondence, and financial information. Ensure all grant activities comply with internal policies, funding conditions, and applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements: Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent At least 2 years of experience handling grants or funding programmes. Exposure to working with non-profit organizations, community groups, or social enterprises. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
