Supervisor, Lift Maintenance - MNC

Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the maintenance operations of lifts and escalators. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Plan and schedule maintenance activities for optimal efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance technicians. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance and repair works. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lift systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of lift systems. Requirements Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory role. Strong knowledge of lift systems and relevant regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
