What is Supcareer?
Supcareer, branded as 'Sup, is an AI career platform with a published emphasis on students and early-career professionals. It combines job discovery with tools for preparing applications and interviews.
Its browser extension brings application assistance into job boards and company career pages: it recognizes postings, checks fit against a saved profile, fills forms, generates tailored resumes and logs applications. A separate founder announcement includes live mock interviews and portfolio publishing in a student Pro offer.
That makes Sup relevant beyond finding vacancies. Someone preparing for interviews or building a portfolio has reasons to look at its toolkit even after finishing an application.
What is ApplyLah?
ApplyLah is built for job seekers across career stages, focused on Singapore and Asia. A large job database is a central part of the product, alongside search, matching and application tools.
ApplyLah 2.0 connects finding and ranking roles with tailoring materials, auto-applying to supported jobs you approve and tracking what happens next. The idea is to move from a promising vacancy to an application without rebuilding your process for every role.
Public access is currently through an early-access waitlist. Private beta invitations are separate, so joining the waitlist does not mean you can immediately use every part of the workflow.
Comparison
Pricing & access
Supcareer founder Ace Yip has announced 12 months of free Pro access for students, including matching, customized resumes, live mock interviews and published portfolio websites. The announcement asks students to connect and comment STUDENT for an access code.
That is a specific promotion, rather than a general free plan for every job seeker. Check the current redemption terms with Supcareer before relying on it.
ApplyLah has not announced public launch pricing or usage allowances for 2.0. Its current public entry point is the waitlist, with private beta access separately.
For an eligible student who can redeem the offer, Sup's promotion is a concrete option to investigate. For everyone else, compare the allowance for the task you need: browsing jobs, generating a resume, practicing interviews and submitting applications can have different limits.
Job discovery
Supcareer's company material describes aggregated openings and profile-based matching, with early-career campaigns featuring Singapore and US opportunities.
ApplyLah also has a large job database. Its discovery and matching workflow is aimed at Singapore and Asian job searches across career stages, including people changing careers or looking for their next role after years of experience.
The useful question is how much of either database fits your target. A monthly headline count does not tell you how many unique vacancies are currently open in Singapore, at your level, with the work arrangement you need.
Start with the same role and location in both products. Check the original employer listing, experience requirements and stated salary. This article does not name an inventory winner because we have not counted comparable live vacancies in both databases.
Applications & tracking
Sup's extension fits a search where you browse job boards and company sites yourself. Its published workflow uses your profile and resume to fill application fields, including free-text answers, then logs applications. Keep your profile accurate and check the completed form before proceeding.
ApplyLah 2.0 starts from finding and approving suitable roles, then connects preparation with auto-applying on supported employer systems. Submission depends on the site, the information required and the access enabled for your account.
The distinction matters: filling a form, sending it and receiving employer confirmation are separate steps. Sup's extension listing describes autofill and logging; that alone does not establish unattended submission. ApplyLah tracks applications and recorded employer confirmations, which should also be read separately.
If you already have a set of company career pages you visit, Sup's extension is relevant to that routine. If you want discovery and supported application automation in a Singapore-focused workflow, that is the direction of ApplyLah 2.0.
Interviews & portfolios
Sup's student Pro announcement explicitly includes live mock interviews and personal portfolio publishing. Those tools address different problems from finding vacancies or completing forms.
A July 2025 founder presentation gives more context: it describes personalized outreach at 09:14, prompt-based resume editing at 10:00 and technical and behavioral interview practice at 10:49. This is historical product context, rather than a test of today's app.
ApplyLah's scope in this comparison is discovery, application preparation, supported submission and tracking. If your immediate bottleneck is interview practice or presenting your work, Sup's published preparation tools are a good reason to explore it.
A Singapore workflow
Suppose you have four years of operations experience and are looking for a Singapore project coordinator role. You need to find suitable openings, show relevant coordination work and complete each application accurately.
Here is how the published workflows relate to those tasks. This is an illustrative scenario, not a measured search or a set of results retrieved from either platform.
| Your task | Supcareer | ApplyLah 2.0 |
|---|---|---|
| Find suitable roles | Use job discovery and profile matching; check that results fit your location and experience. | Search the database and review ranked roles for your target and background. |
| Complete an application | Use the extension on the employer page to help fill the form from your profile. | Approve a suitable role and use the supported application workflow when enabled. |
| Review progress | Refer to the extension's application log. | Review application tracking and recorded employer confirmations. |
For either product, a tailored CV should explain your actual work more clearly. It should not turn scheduling and supplier follow-ups into budget ownership or team management you have never done.
Conclusion
Supcareer is worth considering for a broad early-career toolkit, particularly browser application assistance, interview practice and portfolios. Its previously announced student Pro promotion is also worth checking with Sup if you qualify.
ApplyLah 2.0 is worth considering if you want a large job database connected to a Singapore-focused workflow for ranking roles, tailoring materials, applying to supported jobs you approve and tracking progress. Its audience spans career stages, but access remains gated.
Choose around the task you need help with and the access you can get today. To explore ApplyLah's workflow, join the ApplyLah 2.0 waitlist.
Review notes
Job-count methodology, 6 November 2026: ApplyLah reports an average of 65k+ jobs per month, confirmed by its team on 6 November 2026. An average across months is different from one specific window: a separate read-only snapshot counted 41,471 Singapore-eligible postings from 7 October, 09:52 SGT to 6 November 2026, 09:52 SGT, excluding suppressed and known-dead records. That snapshot does not independently establish the monthly average or unique live-vacancy count. Competitor figures retain their published geography and definition: monthly averages, 30-day postings and current board totals are distinct measures.
Written by ApplyLah. Supcareer evidence includes its official extension listing (version 0.15, updated 15 June 2026), company and founder announcements, and the auto-caption transcript of the historical presentation. Its main website failed the browser certificate check on 5 November 2026; a separate reader returned a not-found page. That does not establish whether account holders can use the app. Check access with Sup before relying on the promotion. Logged-in features and offer redemption were not tested.
Monthly averages and competitor inventory figures retain their stated periods and geography, explained above. No comparative speed, compatibility or hiring-outcome benchmark was conducted.
