Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation. - Ensure consistency in food quality, freshness and in accordance with the restaurant, standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standard. - Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items in accordance with the menus. - Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene in food preparation and storage in accordance with the NEA guidelines. - Up keeping, proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipments. - Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management. Requirements: 1. At least 3-5 years of related working experience in the related field. 2. Hardworking & self motivated in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance to the restaurant standards. 3. Have good & strong knowledge for food preparation, cooking techniques, ingredients and flavours. 4. Able to work under pressure & blend in well with all the kitchen staffs.
