Business Development (Recurring Commission)

Who we are: We’re a growing digital marketing agency working with SMEs in Singapore. We’re looking for someone who enjoys business conversations, relationship-building, and closing deals , and wants to earn uncapped recurring monthly income instead of a fixed salary ceiling. This is a hunter-style Business Development role. You are expected to actively prospect, build their own pipeline and generate new business opportunities. The main upside comes from long-term recurring commissions on the clients you bring in. This is a Commission Based role . What you’ll be doing: Identifying and reaching out to SME owners and decision-makers Qualifying prospects to understand their business needs and challenges Actively hunting for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and other prospecting methods Setting up and handling sales conversations (calls, meetings, follow-ups) Building trust and long-term relationships with clients Closing deals and onboarding new clients into the agency Following up with existing clients for upsell, cross-sell, and referrals Keeping basic records of conversations, pipelines, and client status Who this is for: Comfortable with commission-based income Self-motivated, disciplined and proactive Enjoys sales, networking and relationship-building Wants upside without being capped by a fixed salary Wants to build a long-term income stream, not just a paycheck Willing to actively hunt for opportunities instead of waiting for leads Interested in building a recurring income stream rather than just earning a monthly paycheck Hungry to learn, hungry to earn and willing to put in the work
