Senior NPI Mechanical Engineer (P-4823)

This role involves leading and supporting mechanical engineering efforts for New Product Introduction (NPI), covering design development, verification, validation, and production transfer. Key duties include designing manufacturing test fixtures and tooling to reduce setup costs and scrap, and developing/maintaining process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (pFMEAs). Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience (or MS/PhD with 4 years) and have a strong background in mechanical design for complex capital equipment, including optics, motion systems, and fluidics. Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D CAD modeling and experience working under ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards, along with expertise in cGDP and cGMP, are required.
