Job Summary Join our local Singapore florist team as a full time or permanent part-time assistant florist, supporting flower arrangements and retail operations during evening hours and peak seasons. Responsibilities Arrange and design flower gifts and bouquets to meet customer needs and occasion themes Assist customers with flower selection and provide friendly, helpful service during retail hours Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient work environment Work independently to complete assigned floristry tasks and retail duties during evening shifts (5pm-10:30pm) on weekdays and weekends Manage computer tasks including email and internet use to support daily operations Commit to a regular weekly work schedule for at least 12 months to ensure consistent team support Work on critical peak periods, including every day from February 11 to 14 (Valentine’s week) and Mother’s Day, to handle increased customer demand Attend face-to-face interviews as part of the selection process Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in floristry or retail and customer service environments Creativity in floral design and a passion for working with flowers and people
