BIM Modeler/Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings. Using Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing works. Coordinating submission schedules, monitor modelling/update drawing and inform key personnel if there are any changes. Creating and updating BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information. Preparing models for Clash Detection Coordination. Working closely with the project team in coordination, organization and preparation of documents and drawings, adhering to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria. Other BIM-related duties that may be required to perform. Requirements : With 2 or more years of experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks. Degree/diploma holder in Architecture/Engineering. Able to communicate in English. Literacy in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint. Knowledge in Autocad & Microsoft Project has added advantage.
