Retail Associate

Calling all fashion enthusiast! Do you enjoy trying out new styles and dressing to impress? Do you hate wearing boring clothes and uniforms? We're looking for fashion enthusiasts to join us as a Retail Associate ! As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the store. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and styling recommendations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Processing clothing buy-back transactions and ensuring quality control. Supporting store management with inventory control, stock organization, and merchandising. Training and mentoring new staff to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to store and company policies. Handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements: At least 1 year of Retail experience Males must have completed their 2 years National Service Keen interest in Japanese fashion/culture, especially in second hand reusable items Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and work flows Bubbly and positive personality Hardworking and takes initiative to get things done Here for long term commitment Responsible individual who has good attendance and tardiness records Why join us?
