Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary Manage interior design projects from initiation to completion, coordinating teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and budget control. Responsibilities Manage all project phases to deliver interior design projects on time and within scope Provide site staff with guidance and resolve project-related issues to maintain workflow continuity Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation for effective tracking and reporting Organize and lead progress meetings to communicate updates and address project concerns Coordinate with authorities, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution Lead site teams to enforce safety protocols and control project budgets effectively Perform ad-hoc duties to support overall project success Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience; entry-level candidates are welcome Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Other Information 5.5 days work week Transport allowance Handphone allowance Opportunities for personal growth We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified
