Roles & Responsibilities ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our new media and local media investment strategy. You will own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across emerging digital platforms and regional media outlets, working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute integrated media strategies spanning new media channels (social, short-form video, KOL/influencer) and local/traditional media (OOH, print, radio, regional digital). • Own annual media budgets; negotiate and manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, and platform partners. • Lead campaign briefing, trafficking, optimization, and post-campaign analysis with a focus on measurable business outcomes. • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms; identify opportunities to pilot and scale new media formats. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are tailored to each channel's audience and format requirements. • Report campaign performance to senior leadership with clear insights and strategic recommendations. • Mentor and develop junior marketing team members. REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or integrated marketing, with hands-on exposure to both digital and offline channels. • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and sizable media budgets. • Deep understanding of new media ecosystems (social platforms, content marketing, influencer marketing). • Experience with local/regional media buying and an appreciation for audience nuances across markets. • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent). • Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
