Sales Manager

Job Description Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve restaurant revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, private events, and partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing for group bookings and special events. Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure excellent guest experiences. Requirements Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
