Job Description & Requirements Schedule appropriate levels of production staff to effectively meet our Brand Promise Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant provincial/federal legislation Establish, continually test, update, and meet the established product yield specification on all finished products Ensure the production plan is accurate and well-developed on a daily and weekly basis, and then executed with precision and enthusiasm Maintain food quality and food safety requirements and meet or exceed the requirements for a safe workplace Demonstrated track record of delivering solid operating results in a way that encourages teamwork and employee engagement Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing. Ability to work on weekend and public holiday
