As an Executive Director, you will act as a senior member of the advisory team with responsibility across origination, execution, client relationships, and team development. Your role will include: Lead all aspects of advisory transactions, acting as day-to-day and senior lead across origination, structuring, and execution for M&A, token, and equity transactions Originate new business opportunities through relationships with founders, investors, protocols, and ecosystem participants, and convert these into mandates Conceive, drive, and oversee the preparation of high-quality presentation materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, marketing materials, and pitchbooks Review, challenge, and guide the construction of complex financial models and transaction analyses, ensuring sound valuation and structuring outcomes Lead the design and review …
