Resident Technical Officer

Roles &Responsibilities RTO Job Scope: To carry out full-time site supervision as a Resident Technical Officer in accordance with the Building Control Act and Regulations, and requirements from LTA. Monitor construction progress, workmanship and quality to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, site instructions and project schedules. Review drawings, identify discrepancies or site issues, propose practical solutions and follow up on rectification works. Coordinate with the Qualified Person, consultants, contractors and LTA representatives, and attend site meetings to provide technical support. Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and quality documentation, while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site; Job Requirements: With valid RE/RTO certificate issued by IES Minimum 5 years working experience inbuilding works supervision Good co-ordination skills,Self-motivated,proactive and team player Job Information Full-Time, Contract (Project-Based) Commence around NOV 2026 Period: Estimated 4 years
