Handwork Binding Operator

Company Overview A & D PRINTHUB PTE. LTD. is a Singapore-based commercial print production factory in Aljunied, specializing in high-quality print outputs including books, magazines, and packaging using full print production machines. Job Summary You will perform handwork tasks such as gluing paper materials to form boxes and folders, assist in bookbinding, follow production instructions, and identify issues during projects in a team-oriented, air-conditioned environment. Responsibilities Apply glue accurately to paper materials to assemble boxes, folders, and other paper products according to production specifications Assist the main binding operator by preparing materials and supporting bookbinding processes to ensure timely completion Follow instructions and guidance from the Production Manager to meet quality and production standards Monitor work progress and report any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth production workflow Maintain focus and learn handwork techniques to improve product quality and efficiency in a mostly seated, air-conditioned work environment Perform other handwork duties as assigned.
