About this role

Job Summary: As a Client Onboarding Executive under Bank Onboarding Program, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding journey for our international clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to guide clients through the regulatory, operational, and service touchpoints needed to successfully onboard them onto the Bank’s Singapore platform. JOB DESCRIPTION • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international Bank’s clients, including account opening and product activation. • Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA). • Make welcome calls to new clients, introduce the bank's services, and guide them through their onboarding steps. • Provide assistance to clients on using BANK digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services in Singapore. • Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution. • Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines. Key Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) due to diverse client base (Taiwan, China, Indonesia). • Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations. • Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service detail.
