Customer Service Officer (International Freight Forwarding) Location: Singapore (City Hall ) About Us Our company is a well-established international freight forwarding company providing air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Handle customers’ enquiries and provide prompt, professional support. Coordinate daily import and export shipments by air and sea. Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers. Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate documentation. Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers. Resolve shipment issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and support daily operational activities. Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred (training will be provided for suitable candidates). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused.
