Audit Manager / Audit Assistant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage assurance engagements by defining the auditstrategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliancewith the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you’ll personallyexecute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements,depending on the size of the engagement. • Manage projects and engagements profitably by leadingthe team to perform efficiently. • Monitor the assurance team's progress against the planand alter it when needed. • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities.Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided byour sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge andservices. • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivate technicalcompetencies. • Develop people by encouraging individuals to think forthemselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team. • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training. • Maintain cooperative relationships with other assuranceteams • Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationshipsand networks.
