About this role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage assurance engagements by defining the auditstrategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliancewith the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you’ll personallyexecute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements,depending on the size of the engagement. • Manage projects and engagements profitably by leadingthe team to perform efficiently. • Monitor the assurance team's progress against the planand alter it when needed. • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities.Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided byour sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge andservices. • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivate technicalcompetencies. • Develop people by encouraging individuals to think forthemselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team. • Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training. • Maintain cooperative relationships with other assuranceteams • Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationshipsand networks. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility,providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team memberson progress. • Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams andlisten/respond to other assurance team members' views. • Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the auditclient’s environment. • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities.Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided byour sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge andservices. • Good project management skills. • Integrity within a professional environment. Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the auditclient’s environment. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ora relatedfield. • Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPASingapore qualification. • Working knowledge of CaseWare audit soft ware a strongadvantage. • At least 3 years of related work experience In a managerial
