Finance Executive

Finance Executive (AP & AR) Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. Issue sales invoices and monitor customer payments. Follow up on overdue accounts, payment queries, credit notes, and refunds. Process supplier invoices, staff claims, vendor payments, and purchase orders. Assist in the administration and reconciliation of training grants and government funding claims. Verify supporting documents for grant submissions and audits. Prepare monthly reports, including aging reports, collections, and sales reports. Assist in checking trainer salaries, claims, grants, and finance records. Support month-end and year-end closing activities with external accountants. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain accurate financial records and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, AP/AR, or Grant Administration. Knowledge of SkillsFuture (SSG), WSG grants, or government-funded programmes is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred.
