Responsibilities Central Function: Act as one of the key pillar within the exchange and clearing ecosystem by overseeing end-to-end operational processes. Ensure seamless execution, stability, and integrity of trading, clearing, and settlement activities, while guiding junior analysts and supporting team performance. Precision in Trade, Clearing and Settlement Processes: Supervise and validate trade, clearing and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle escalations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of complex operational issues. Regulatory Adherence: Maintain deep understanding in Exchange and Clearing Rules and Procedures. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, support audits, and contribute to policy enhancements and control frameworks. Play an active role in upholding compliance with exchange and clearing regulations. Insightful Data Analysis: Lead analytical initiatives to evaluate trading activities, identify trends, and provide insights to improve operational performance. Produce high-quality reports to support management decision-making.
