Personal Driver To Managing Director

Job Description To drop off/ pick up Managing Director from one point to another (court/ office/ other destinations); To ensure the company’s car is always kept clean and tidy; To send the company’s car for servicing/ maintenance whenever necessary; To deliver/ collect legal documents to offices; To assist Lawyers in filing court papers as and when tasked to; To post letters daily for ARLC; Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Managing Director; Ensure Data are kept confidential and proper; Ensuring the general keep-up of the office premises; Such other matter incidental to any of the above as may be requested by the Firm from time to time; You are also required to comply with all the rules and regulations as laid down by the Firm from time to time. Operating hours 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) Job Requirements Able to work under pressure/ urgent matters Able to work OT (paid allowance) Own initiative and well organized
