Responsibilities: Executive Support & Strategy Execution Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic execution partner to senior executives. Develop executive-level presentations, reports, briefing materials, and board-ready communications. Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, insights, and recommendations. Track and drive closure of executive actions, commitments, and strategic priorities. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Program & Portfolio Management Provide end-to-end oversight across a portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPI scorecards, action trackers, and governance reporting. Consolidate progress updates across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and key milestones. Facilitate issue resolution and ensure timely escalation of cross-functional challenges. Establish and continuously enhance portfolio governance frameworks and reporting disciplines. Organizational Transformation Assess existing operating models, organizational structures, and management processes. Design and implement scalable organizational and governance improvements. Define accountability frameworks, decision-making authorities, and operating principles. Establish sustainable management disciplines that drive execution excellence. Support enterprise-wide transformation and organizational change initiatives. Business Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Design and implement practical, scalable process solutions. Enhance workflows, governance mechanisms, and management controls. Standardize reporting, escalation, and performance management processes. Drive a culture of continuous improvement across business functions. Resource & Capacity Management Develop resource planning and workforce management frameworks. Analyze capacity constraints, resource risks, and delivery impacts. Support prioritization and workforce planning activities across initiatives. Provide visibility into resource allocation and utilization. Partner with leadership to optimize deployment of organizational resources. KPI & Performance Management Design and implement KPI frameworks aligned to strategic objectives. Translate business goals into measurable performance indicators. Produce management reporting, performance analysis, and executive insights. Support benefits realization tracking and outcome measurement. Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Stakeholder Management & Facilitation Facilitate executive meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums. Coordinate across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams. Build alignment among diverse stakeholder groups and competing priorities. Influence decision-making and drive accountability without direct authority. Ensure effective follow-through on actions and commitments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, program management, PMO, strategy execution, or related roles. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders to drive strategic priorities and organizational outcomes. Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. Strong experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and organizational management processes. Track record of leading and delivering large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
