Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned banking projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards Serve as the primary point of contact between consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution Develop and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with client teams Monitor progress, manage risks and issues,and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery Facilitate project meetings, steeringcommittee sessions, and provide progress updates to internal and clientmanagement Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives Support change management and stakeholder communication initiatives Ensure adherence to client methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Mentor and guide project team members, including consultants and client staff, to foster collaboration and productivity Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in a ProjectManagement Office (PMO) role in banking industry. Proven track record in end-to-end applicationupgrade projects Experience in managing enterprise software applications, application modernization, system implementation, or application upgrade initiatives. Proven experience leading end-to-end software application lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Strong understanding of software application delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile practices. Experience managing application upgrade, migration, modernization, or cloud/SaaS transformation projects within complex enterprise environments. Experience overseeing software vendors, development teams, system integrators, and technical delivery partners. Ability to evaluate technical solutions and provide governance over application quality, security, performance, scalability, and operational readiness. Japanese language proficiency is advantageous for liaising with Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and regional teams.
