Responsibilities: Lead APAC-wide Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy initiatives and governance programs across multiple business units and jurisdictions. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation strategies, and governance frameworks to support enterprise-wide data protection objectives. Drive collaboration and decision-making across business, technology, compliance, legal, and risk management stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and key recommendations to senior management and steering committees. Define enterprise DLP requirements, policy frameworks, and information protection standards aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements. Develop data classification models and governance standards to strengthen the protection of sensitive and confidential information. Design and implement DLP controls across Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and GitHub Copilot. Lead Microsoft Purview DLP design, deployment, and governance activities to enhance data security and regulatory compliance. Evaluate DLP control effectiveness through monitoring and assessment activities, and recommend continuous improvements and optimization measures. Assess information security and data leakage risks associated with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other Generative AI solutions. Establish AI governance principles, acceptable usage policies, and data access controls for AI-enabled services. Partner with AI adoption, security, and technology teams to integrate security and compliance requirements into AI implementation initiatives. Develop risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks to address Generative AI-related data protection and information leakage risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and APAC regional branches to facilitate communication, alignment, and issue resolution. Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, governance reports, and project updates to provide clear visibility of project progress, risks, and key decisions. Analyze complex business and technical data, transforming insights into dashboards, charts, and visual reports to support stakeholder decision-making. Identify, evaluate, and document project issues, risks, and potential solutions to enable informed decision-making and effective project governance. Produce management reporting materials and performance metrics using Excel and PowerPoint to support program tracking, governance reviews, and executive briefings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. More than 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Protection, or Technology Risk. More than 3 years of experience leading enterprise-scale DLP or Data Protection programs. Proven experience in requirements gathering, security control design, and governance framework development. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business, technology, compliance, and risk stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions. Strong project management skills, including planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management, scope control, change management, and vendor coordination. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience working in regional or multinational organizations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting, analysis, and executive presentations. Microsoft Security certifications (e.g., MS-900, SC-900, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400), CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications will be advantageous.
