Healthcare Assistant | Nursing Home

Assist patients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting, and continence management. Help patients with mobility, including moving and repositioning, using appropriate aids and techniques to prevent pressure ulcers and ensure safety. Support patients with nutritional and hydration needs, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, and accurately recording intake. Take and record routine observations such as temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, reporting any concerns promptly. Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support.
