Job Description Oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation Ensure attention and support meet with the Destitute Person Act and MSF regulation Maintain safety and cleanliness with compliance standards Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene are strictly adhere Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies Requirement Min Diploma/ Degree in social work. 2 years of relevant working experience in the social service sector. Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required.
