Physiotherapist | Nursing Home

Manage and deliver all physiotherapy services for a Nursing Home including initial assessments, periodic reviews, and individualized treatment plans. Develop, lead, and evaluate group therapy programs and activities for residents. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute comprehensive Individual Care Plans (ICPs). Build strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers, providing care with empathy and respect. Manage residents behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Maintain documentation of all therapy records and residents progress. Fulfill duties as assigned by the Nursing Home Manager to support operations.
