Job Description : Conduct timely assessments and develop support plans aligned with professional standards. Interview families, provide counselling, and equip caregivers with guidance and resources. Organise and manage intervention services to support children’s developmental progress and family well-being. Recommend and implement appropriate intervention strategies for each child and family. Work with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support. Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing training.
