Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot, Angular, and Agentic AI technologies. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications deployed on AWS Cloud. Design, develop, and maintain Restful APIs and microservices following industry best practices. Develop event-driven integrations using Apache Camel, AWS SQS, and AWS SNS. Integrate enterprise applications with third-party SaaS platforms and external systems. Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures supporting high-volume business applications. Design scalable banking and financial platform solutions with a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance. Work with Oracle Database for data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures, and application integration. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Type Script. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security. Optimize application performance through profiling, caching strategies, and database tuning. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in AWS environments using cloud-native services. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production issue resolution. Ensure software solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and cloud services to improve system performance and business value. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. Experience working in multinational or enterprise environments is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. Experience in Angular, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST API development. Experience with AWS Cloud services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, Cloud Watch, SNS, and SQS. Experience in event-driven architecture using Apache Camel, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS messaging services. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning. Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle and Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-assisted software development, or AI-enabled enterprise applications. Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise application development is an advantage.
