Revenue Management Trainee

About the Role Build your career through AKC’s two year Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future Team Leads and business leaders. You will complete four six-month rotations across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development. Through hands-on assignments, mentorship and cross-functional projects, you will gain a strong understanding of AKC’s customers, operations, products and growth strategies. High-performing trainees may be considered for progression into a Team Lead or suitable specialist position upon successful completion. What You’ll Be Doing Support sales pipelines, revenue tracking and performance reporting. Maintain accurate records across CRM, ERP and reporting systems. Analyse business data and identify performance trends. Support workflow improvement, automation and digitalisation projects. Leadership Development In addition to the four rotations, you will: Receive coaching and mentorship from staff and senior leaders. Lead or support cross-functional projects. Present recommendations and project outcomes to management. Develop skills in decision-making, communication and stakeholder management. Take on increasing responsibility throughout the programme. Build the capabilities needed to progress into a Team Lead position. What You’ll Gain Four structured six-month departmental rotations to develop a holistic understanding of the business. Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
