About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This full-time role is based in Macpherson, Central Region or applicants have the option to select West or North Region, and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development. What you'll be doing Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and efficient manner Providing accurate information and effective solutions to address customer concerns. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Handling customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy. Actively participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills. What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions. Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM). tools Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement. Selected candidate may have to work a weekend day.
