Technology Operations Executive

Overview We are looking for a Technology Operations Executive to support AKC’s digital systems, internal tools, automation workflows, and IT infrastructure. This role is suitable for graduates who enjoy hands-on technical work and want to build real experience across software, IT support, automation, data, and emerging technologies. Networking& Server Management • Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments. • Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems. • Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance. Applied AI& Analytics • Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools. • Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations. • Work with data visualization tools to present key business metrics. Simulations& System Optimization • Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes. • Optimize system performance through real-world scenario modelling. • Utilize simulation tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making. Requirements · Nitec or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields · Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, PHP, or similar · Familiarity with databases, APIs, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools · Interest in software development, automation, digital systems, AI tools, analytics, or simulations Strong problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and can-do attitude
