Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs. Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have all the tools and resources to succeed. Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide insights into market trends. Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates to optimize the hiring process.
