We are looking for a reliable and friendly full-time service staff member to join us and support the daily operations of the outlet. Job Description As a Full-Time Service Staff member at AcaiGuru’s KAP Mall outlet, you will be at the front line of every customer’s experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving our açaí and frozen yogurt bowls, providing friendly customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming outlet, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You will also assist with basic stock checks, replenishment, and opening and closing routines. We are looking for someone dependable, approachable, and willing to contribute wherever needed. In our close-knit team, we value staff members who are punctual, work well with others, and take pride in delivering quality products and service. You Will Prepare and serve açaí and frozen yogurt bowls according to our recipes and quality standards Provide friendly and attentive service to every customer Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Keep the counter, kitchen, dining area, and equipment clean and hygienic Assist with basic stock checks and replenishment Support the outlet’s opening and closing routines Ensure ingredients, packaging, and supplies are properly prepared for service Work closely with teammates and assist wherever needed, especially during busy periods Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues You Have A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and comfort with routine tasks The ability to stay on your feet and work efficiently during busy periods Reliability and punctuality A willingness to receive feedback and guidance Previous F&B or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required
