Business Development Manager – Design & Build

Your Role This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands clients' business challenges, and can connect them with creative solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with our in-house design and project teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, retail, commercial, government, hospitality, exhibition, and event sectors. Build long-term relationships with property managers, architects, interior designers, creative agencies, event organizers, marketing teams, and procurement departments. Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and industry engagement. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and client pitches together with the design team. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable branding, signage, exhibition, and interior solutions. Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Directors to ensure a smooth handover from sales to project delivery. Manage key client accounts and develop repeat business opportunities. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to expand Access Corp's presence. Achieve agreed sales and gross profit targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports. Requirements Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Exhibition/Interior Fit-Out/Signage/Printing/Events/Construction/Commercial Renovation. Existing network within Singapore's corporate or commercial sectors is highly preferred. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable engaging decision-makers, marketing teams, procurement managers, and business owners. Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a passion for growing accounts. Able to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
