Operations Supervisor

Jobs Descriptions and Responsibilities: · Supervising and managing day to day operations to ensure tasks are completed on time, aligning with quality standards and company SOP; · Coordinating the orders with the sales and operations team for the delivery of the materials to job sites; · Coordinating with forwarder for incoming shipments and storage; · Managing work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency; · Updating of daily work status; · Leading a team of productions staffs and drivers (NTS workers); · Providing daily safety briefings and safety regulations/ inspections in the workplace; · Performing equipment, material and routine site inspections; · Maintaining communication with MCST building management for any premise related issues; · Handling other general/ ad hoc matters (i.e. carpark, lorry servicing, VPC registration, season parking, PUB and SP matters). Jobs Requirements: · Have a good verbal and written communication skill in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred; · Minimum education level: O Level/ Secondary Post-Graduate; · Able to plan, organize, direct, delegate work orders with the operations and productions team; · Possess Class 3 Driving License is an advantage; · Strong decision making and problem solving skills; · Able to meet the pre-arranged timeline; · Have experience working in warehouse/ productions/ logistics sector.
