About this role
The Senior Manager / Manager will play a key role in supporting ACRA’s Digital, Data, Design (D3) programme lead by the Digital Planning and Innovation Department. You will help departments use digital, data, design and AI solutions to improve work processes and day-to-day operations. This role will allow you to curate learning sessions, support officers in using low-code/no-code tools and drive practical digital enablement across ACRA. Digital Transformation Programme Execution & Enablement • Lead the execution of ACRA’s D3 programme objectives by supporting departments in identifying, shaping, and implementing digital, data, and AI-enabled improvements to work processes and day-to-day operations • Curate and run sharing sessions (e.g. brown bag) on WOG low‑code/no‑code tools (e.g. FormSG, Plumber, GatherSG), approved enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT), and automation products (PowerAutomate) to officers • Run clinics and hands-on sessions to guide officers to apply tools and solutions on operational pain points. • Engage change champions to build and sustain an active community of practice. • Track enablement activities, adoption progress, user feedback, and learning needs to help refine D3 2.0 support offerings and demonstrate programme impact Digital Solution Support, Clinics & Capability Building • Provide hands-on support to officers and teams in exploring, prototyping, and improving simple digital solutions • Assess officers’ solution ideas and guide them on appropriate tools, feasible implementation approaches, basic user experience considerations, and sustainability of the proposed solution • Identify gaps that require deeper technical or product expertise, and coordinate with product teams, vendor consultants, or other subject-matter experts to provide the necessary guidance and learning support. • Develop solution toolkits, playbooks, templates, demo materials, and use cases to help departments adopt digital and AI tools easily Digital Transformation Programme Operations, Engagement & Innovation • Support the running of D3 programme activities such as hackathons, problem definition workshops, technology day, learning campaigns, and other engagement platforms • Prepare programme governance materials, including progress updates, management reports and presentation decks, to update senior management reporting and support decision-making • Maintain awareness of emerging AI, digital, automation, and productivity tools, and translate relevant developments into practical use cases for officers • Promote AI and digital adoption across ACRA through communications such as AI newsletters, EDMs, and success stories of officers who have applied these tools to improve their work processes • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, digital transformation, data analytics, design, public policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation, ops-tech, business process improvement, operations transformation or related roles • Strong interest in AI, digital tools, automation, and low-code/no-code solutions, with the curiosity and self-learning mindset to pick up new whole-of-government and internal products quickly • Comfortable using or learning tools such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation tools, prototyping tools, or similar platforms • Able to facilitate workshops, clinics, brown bag sessions, and small-group consultations with officers of varying digital maturity • Possess good problem definition, communication, stakeholder engagement, and follow-through skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into practical digital solution ideas • Passionate about helping departments improve work processes and day-to-day operations through practical, responsible, and sustainable use of AI and digital solutions
