Junior Art Director

Job Summary We’re looking for a Junior Art Director with a strong creative instinct, an excellent eye for branding and design, and the confidence to take ideas from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who can think conceptually, work independently, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful branding and marketing solutions. Responsibilities Conceptualise and execute creative ideas across branding, social media, and digital campaigns to drive brand engagement and marketing effectiveness Develop strategic, relevant, and visually compelling visual identities and brand systems that enhance brand recognition Translate brand strategies into creative marketing solutions across multiple touchpoints to ensure consistent brand messaging Work independently on projects while collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs Contribute to social media strategies by creating visual storytelling and providing design direction that aligns with platform trends Participate in presentations, discussions, and client interactions to communicate creative concepts and gather feedback Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality, visual consistency, and meeting project timelines Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in a creative or agency environment Proficiency in design tools and AI-assisted creative software to enhance design efficiency and innovation Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and visual trends to inform creative decisions Experience in spatial design and proficiency in relevant spatial or 3D design software (bonus) Meticulous and organised approach to managing multiple timelines effectively Collaborative mindset with curiosity to stay updated on trends and new technologies
