About this role
This is a 2-year contract role attached to a trade union. The contract is subject to extension on yearly basis. Location: East This is a pivotal role to expand the corporate membership of the organization. This function is responsible for prospecting and acquisition of new members, driving engagement with key decision-makers, and ensuring strong conversion results aligned with performance metrics. Requirements: Diploma or Degree Preferably with relevant experience in sales, business development, or client engagement Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team structure. Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities, with the confidence to engage and influence external stakeholders at senior levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to optimise outreach execution and performance strategies.
