Constituency Management Executive (6 Months/East)

This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Tampines Duration : 06 months (July 2026 to December 2026) Job Scope -Attend to residents’ enquiries and requests at the counter -Assist the team with data entry and maintenance of records using Microsoft Excel -Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as and when required. Requirements -Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage residents from diverse backgrounds. – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Team player -Prior working experience in a Community Club or similar community setting is preferred, though not mandatory. Requirements -Possess pleasant and positive personality, an aptitude for service work and able to work with people of different backgrounds. -Prior experience in customer service would be advantageous. Working Hours/Days Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm, 5 day week On need be basis: 1pm to 10pm OFF Days: 1 weekday and either weekend
