Site Supervisor

Responsibilities: Handle project implementation and coordination at site Manage site operations and guide a team of construction workers Supervise and coordinate with the suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure timely deliverables Assist Project Engineer/Manager with project schedule, progress and safety practice monitoring and ensure compliance Carry out service, maintenance and repair work for equipment used at project site, including overhead crane, gantry crane and hoisting crane. Host daily tool box meeting and convey clear instructions Conduct inspections on work quality & safety and address the problems if any. Other ad-hoc works assigned. Requirements: Diploma/Degree holders in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry Able to work with all levels of workforce Self-motivated and team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
