Ltd., established in Singapore in 2009, employs a Multi-Manager strategy focused on Fundamental Long/Short market-neutral investing, primarily in listed equities, with a team of around 60 professionals. We are expanding to multi strategy and looking for equities/global macro well experienced operation professional Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic senior operations leader to oversee all front-to-back operational workflows for our hedge fund business. In this critical role, you will manage a dedicated operations team while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our fund operations, from trade settlement and NAV calculations to regulatory compliance and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate brings comprehensive knowledge of fund administration, valuations, and risk frameworks, alongside a proven track record of developing talent, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Manage, mentor, and develop the internal operations team, fostering a collaborative culture of high performance and accountability. Oversee the daily activities of the operations staff, effectively allocating resources and providing guidance on complex operational challenges. Front-to-Back Operations Management Lead all operational workflows for the hedge fund, including trade operations, settlement, capital call/distribution processes, and general fund lifecycle operations. Monitor trade settlements daily, proactively resolving any settlement failures to ensure seamless transaction processing. Process corporate actions and income collection to maintain completely accurate investor and fund records. Oversee comprehensive month-end and year-end closing procedures to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting. NAV & Fund Accounting Manage the full NAV life cycle, independently performing and validating daily and monthly NAV calculations to ensure precise fund accounting. Ensure the absolute accuracy and integrity of fund NAVs, valuation processes, performance reporting, and complex fee calculations. Stakeholder & Investor Relations Collaborate extensively with Prime Brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to promptly resolve any operational issues. Liaise directly with the Transfer Agency regarding subscription and redemption processing to support seamless investor transactions. Coordinate with fund administrators on capital activity and investor reporting to guarantee full transparency. Prepare, review, and validate investor statements and capital account reconciliations to maintain high investor confidence. Interface continuously with the investment team on portfolio-related operational matters to facilitate agile decision-making. Regulatory Compliance & Process Optimization Prepare necessary regulatory filings and lead audit preparation efforts to ensure strict compliance and operational readiness. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required to maintain seamless regulatory standing. Identify and execute opportunities to streamline operational workflows, automate manual processes, and increase overall team productivity. Lead and contribute to ad hoc projects and broader strategic team initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Core Requirements Experience: Proven, extensive experience operating as a COO, Head of Operations, or senior operations leader within a hedge fund environment, including direct people management. Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive, deep knowledge of front-to-back operations, fund administration, capital flows, valuations, risk frameworks, and fund governance. Vendor Management: Strong history of successful collaboration and relationship management with Prime Brokers, fund administrators, and custodians. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, work independently, manage cross-functional workflows, and drive operational improvements. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Practical experience and user knowledge of the Enfusion Portfolio Management System is a plus. Technical proficiency in Advanced Excel and Python to assist in process automation and data analysis.
