Senior System Engineer (Windows Infrastructure)

About the Role We are seeking System Engineers to support the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure environments supporting mission-critical operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure platforms, virtualization technologies, automation initiatives, and high-availability systems within a structured enterprise environment. Both Junior and Senior System Engineers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and related services Support and optimize VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure operational stability Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions Perform patch management, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and technical issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and operational requirements Participate in system upgrades, capacity planning, and technology refresh initiatives Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team Work with vendors and stakeholders to support infrastructure operations and enhancements Requirements Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure management Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory administration Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere or Hyper-V Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills Experience managing high-availability en…
