As part of its continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation, regulatory compliance, and portfolio finance for its growing property and investment platform. RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, group consolidation, and management reporting for the Group's real estate investment portfolio. Prepare statutory financial statements, SGX announcements, MAS regulatory filings, and board reporting in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance analysis across investment properties and development projects. Monitor portfolio performance, asset-level profitability, capital expenditure, cash flow, and investment returns. Support REIT-related financial reporting, trustee reporting, Interested Person Transactions (IPTs), and regulatory compliance where applicable. Partner with Asset Management, Investment, Treasury, Tax, and Operations teams to support acquisitions, divestments, refinancing, and strategic initiatives. Strengthen governance, internal controls, financial processes, and reporting automation to improve operational efficiency. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while presenting financial insights to senior management, auditors, trustees, and external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification will be advantageous.
