Software and Application Manager (AI & Digital Solutions) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product & Technology Manager to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our digital products and AI-driven solutions. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring software quality and reliability, and leading innovation initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management Develop and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, development, testing, and deployment to post-launch enhancement. Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery. Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Software Quality & Performance Establish software quality standards, performance benchmarks, and technical governance. Monitor system health, application performance, and service reliability to achieve high system availability. Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement continuous monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency. Ensure software complies with industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and best practices. AI Innovation & Proof of Concept (PoC) Lead AI transformation initiatives, including machine learning and Large Language Model (LLM) projects. Develop and manage Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions to validate emerging technologies and business opportunities. Evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance products and operations. Conduct technical feasibility studies, security assessments, and risk evaluations for new initiatives. Leadership & Operations Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional product and engineering teams. Establish operational processes and workflows to improve collaboration and productivity. Support product launches by working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Prepare technical reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Financial & Stakeholder Management Manage departmental budgets and resource planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners. Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for product expansion and revenue growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership. Proven experience leading software development and digital product teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of software quality assurance, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and system architecture. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects is an advantage. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM One (1) hour lunch break daily. Additional hours may be required based on business and operational needs.
