You'll receive: Structured training and onboarding One-to-one guidance from experienced mentors Regular coaching and constructive feedback Opportunities to develop both teaching and practical laboratory skills A collaborative team that's always willing to share, support and grow together Your Role As a Science Teacher, you'll: Teach Upper Primary and Lower Secondary Science in engaging small-group classes Conduct both theory lessons and hands-on practical sessions in our NEA-approved Chemistry Laboratory Inspire students to develop confidence and a genuine understanding of Science Monitor students' learning progress and provide meaningful feedback Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve teaching practices Focus primarily on teaching while our operations team supports most administrative matters We're Looking For Someone Who Has a passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students Is responsible, dependable and committed to continuous improvement Is open to learning, feedback and professional development Works well in a collaborative and supportive team environment Takes pride in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons Teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage, but not essential. We value the right attitude and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
